POSITION PURPOSE:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Responsible for assisting Senior Manager in providing programmatic support, clinical evaluation, monitoring, supervision, administrative direction, planning, and development of the Community Treatment Team.

  • Will maintain strong working relationships with internal and external providers.

  • Will facilitate all clinical aspects of care as well as provide clinical supervision to all team members.

  • Must possess the ability to analyze and interpret laws, regulations, policies and procedures governing the unit’s daily operations

  • Duties will include but not limited to recruiting and hiring qualified staff, provide service to SPMI population and manage the collection and use of program specific fidelity data.

  • Will provide on-call services on a rotating basis, as part of a team.

MINIMUM QUALILFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Human Services or related field and 1 year of supervisor/lead experience

  • Act 33/34/73 clearances.

  • Pre-Employment Physical/TB/Hep B

  • Pre-employment Drug Screen

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Ability to drive an organization vehicle/van

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS AND BENEFITS:

WORK SCHEDULE: This is a Exempt (salary) position.

Primarily Monday-Friday daylight with flexibility to meet consumer needs. Some non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends and holidays) are required.
