QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Services related field with 3 years of applicable experience OR Master Degree in Human Services and 1 year of applicable experience.
· Valid Drivers License
· Ability to drive an organization vehicle
· Act 33/34/73 Clearances
· Pre-employment drug screening
WORK SCHEDULE: This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position.
· Flexible; Part-time
· Must Work a minimum of 5 Work Shifts per Month
ABOUT THE ROLE
· Responsible for helping persons served with severe persistent mental illness maintain safety and stability throughout their stay in each facility.
· Will provide direct and indirect services for mentally ill and dual-diagnosed adults including milieu therapy, psycho-educational groups, crisis intervention, clinical assessment, case management, safety checks, and unit monitoring.
· Will be an active part of the treatment team and will maintain clinical records including the development of the recovery/transition plan and daily documentation
