Description:

Position Purpose

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for executing recruitment activities from sourcing to offer for clinical positions. Acting as a coach, mentor, and resource for Talent Acquisition Partners, you will collaborate with hiring managers to address Talent Acquisition needs. This includes workforce planning, establishing service level agreements, and developing sourcing strategies while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

What You Will Do

  • Execute recruitment activities: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for critical positions.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers on workforce planning.

  • Mentor and guide Talent Acquisition Partners.

  • Utilize data analytics to measure and improve talent acquisition programs.

  • Develop and implement proactive, innovative, and cost-effective recruitment strategies.

  • Coordinate career fairs and other events to build candidate pools.

  • Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and Trinity Health policies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Five years of talent acquisition experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience in a healthcare recruiting environment preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Workday and Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.

  • Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and serve as a credible business partner.

  • Strong interpersonal, consultative, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proven customer-service orientation.
