The MercyOne Iowa Heart Center was founded in 1970 and is one of the largest Cardiovascular, Cardiology & Vascular practices in the Country, with 52 Physicians on staff. Specializing in Cardiovascular Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Advanced Heart Failure, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology and General Cardiology. Iowa Heart Center is comprised of 8 primary locations and 28 outreach facilities, spanning across Iowa. We are an active participant in STS Registries (adult, congenital and anesthesia) and perform more than 10,000 cardiac interventions annually. Iowa Heart locally offers Vascular Surgery, EP, Vein Center and Advanced Heart Failure support in addition to General Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology.

Fort Dodge is a city in the county seat of Webster County, Iowa, along the Des Moines River. The population was 24,871 in the 2020 census. Fort Dodge is a major commercial center for North Central and Northwest Iowa. It is located on U.S. Routes 20 and 169.

•16-18 Patients Daily

•No Weekends and No Call
