Reporting to the Director Quality & Accreditation, Quality Resource, this position is responsible for coordinating administrative activities and providing project Reporting to the Director Quality & Accreditation*, Quality Resource, this position is responsible for providing administrative assistance and support in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards set by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and The Joint Commission (TJC). This position assists in overseeing quality assurance initiatives, accreditation processes, survey activity, and regulatory compliance efforts within the organization.

Pay Range ($24.64 - $33.26)

  1. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree in health science or related field is preferred.

  2. Five (5) years of healthcare experience, with at least two (2) years in an acute care setting is required.

  3. Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a healthcare or regulatory environment is required.

  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy are

required.

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) is required.

  2. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment is required.

  3. Familiarity with healthcare quality management, accreditation, or regulatory compliance is preferred.
