About the job:
In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Coordinator Operations is responsible for organization and coordination of the activities, resources and flow of work for the assigned area.
What you'll do:
Identifies, enhances and follows specific process improvement techniques and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business
Ensures the correct functioning of facilities, office and/or business support services
Develops work plans, tracks progress, and delivers status reports
Conducts new provider onboarding for assigned hospital
Works with site leadership regarding various projects and activities
Responsible for compliance with Organizational Integrity through raising questions and promptly reporting actual or potential wrongdoing.
Surgery Schedule
All other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for:
Education: Highschool diploma. Bachelor's degree preferred
Licensure / Certification: NA
Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in a role which provides hospital operations support
Effective Communication Skills
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects: strong organizational skills; highly motivated and self- directed; and attentive to detail.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships and work as a member of a team, both inside and outside the department.
Competence with a standard desktop and Windows-based computer system.
