About the job:

In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Coordinator Operations is responsible for organization and coordination of the activities, resources and flow of work for the assigned area.

What you'll do:

  • Identifies, enhances and follows specific process improvement techniques and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business

  • Ensures the correct functioning of facilities, office and/or business support services

  • Develops work plans, tracks progress, and delivers status reports

  • Conducts new provider onboarding for assigned hospital

  • Works with site leadership regarding various projects and activities

  • Responsible for compliance with Organizational Integrity through raising questions and promptly reporting actual or potential wrongdoing.

  • Surgery Schedule

  • All other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for:

  • Education: Highschool diploma. Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Licensure / Certification: NA

  • Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in a role which provides hospital operations support

  • Effective Communication Skills

  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects: strong organizational skills; highly motivated and self- directed; and attentive to detail.

  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships and work as a member of a team, both inside and outside the department.

  • Competence with a standard desktop and Windows-based computer system.
