Description:
Involves assessing, planning, organizing, scheduling and supervising the work of all Environmental Service personnel engaged in maintaining the facility in a clean, safe and orderly condition.
What you will do:
Makes inspections to evaluate the effectiveness of the department. Plans and conducts meetings to enhance each employee’s knowledge of their duties. Other supervision and resources as requested by the department manager/director.
Responsibilities:
Educates staff in facility and department standards designed for a specific environment. Dresses to meet dress code specified for a leadership position. Practices good public relations and follows all safety regulations.
First line supervision of housekeeping service delivery, enabling quality outcomes and timely completion of schedules.
What you will need:
High school diploma, G.E.D.
Minimum of two years' experience in service delivery to health care, business or domestic fields or previous successful experience in supervision of service workers.
Pay Range: $18.50 - $24.66
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
