This a PRN, as needed, position with no set days/hours. Some evenings and weekend may be included.

St. Mary's Healthcare System is seeking to fill a PRN chaplain's (or PRN Board Certified Chaplain) position for our hospital in Athens. The position requires expertise in pastoral skills to provide spiritual support to patients, families, and staff within a multi-disciplinary setting. Requirements include: Master's degree with a major emphasis in Theology/ Divinity or related field; 4 Units of Clinical Pastoral Education. CPE certification with the National Association of Catholic Chaplains/ Association of Professional Chaplains or eligible for certification expected. Must have experience in ministry to the sick, preferably in a hospital setting. The ability to be a Eucharistic Minister is an advantage.
